Along my personal and professional path, the art of learning has remained a constant companion, prompting me to reflect on our evolution, personal growth and the facilitation of organizational transformation.

Consciousness serves as one of the superpowers in this context – a guiding force that fuels both my passion for coaching and my recognition of the transformative potential within each of us.

But how do we transcend our individual transformations and

create the conditions for successful and sustainable collective change?

To borrow a quote from one of my favorites, Pablo Picasso, "I don't seek, I find." underscores the core of these journeys - the significance of nurturing relationships. A concept I am deeply committed to.

I advocate for fostering secure, stable and mature relationships that provide both sanctuary and opportunities for individual growth.

 

The bedrock of strong relationships lies in developing awareness and taking responsibility, beginning with the one relationship we have with ourselves.
